Mr Westdorp is a Certified Practicing Accountant with over 30 years’ experience in the resources sector, including roles as Chief Financial Officer and Interim Chief Executive Officer of mineral sands producer, MZI Resources Ltd. Mr Westdorp has held senior roles with Murchison Metals Ltd and Burrup Fertilisers Pty td and has financial, commercial and operations experience across a number of commodities including iron ore, gold base metals and mineral sands.

Mr Fitzhardinge is a geologist with more than 20 years’ experience in the exploration and mining industry. Mr Fitzhardinge joined Centaurus in 2010, initially as Exploration Manager and now as General Manager - Exploration & Growth. Before joining Centaurus, Mr Fitzhardinge worked with Mirabela Nickel Ltd in Brazil as Manager of Technical Services. He has previously worked in gold exploration in the Yilgarn with Normandy (now Newmont) and Homestake (now Barrick) as well as BHP's iron ore operations in the Pilbara region. Mr Fitzhardinge lived in Brazil for 11 years and is fluent in Portuguese.

Mr Foote is a Mining Engineer with over 30 years’ experience in the mining industry. He has extensive operational experience in a number of senior executive roles both in Australia and overseas, including more than two years living in Brazil, and brings a strong skill-set in building and leading effective, disciplined teams. Previous operational roles have included General Manager – Major Projects with Wiluna Mining Corporation, Project Manager for Echo Resources, Senior Vice President – Operations with TSX-listed Endeavour Mining Corporation, General Manager – Operations with Gold Road Resources, Project Manager with Crusader Resources working in Brazil and General Manager (Operations) with CGA Mining.

Wayne currently resides in Perth leading the team undertaking the Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) on the Jaguar Project, but will return to Brazil as the Project moves into construction and operations.

Mr Costa is a highly experienced mining executive with over 25 years’ experience delivering major projects across Brazil.

Mr Costa, a qualified mining engineer, has held senior roles with international mining companies, overseeing the implementation, commissioning, and operation of large-scale greenfield and brownfield projects. He previously served as Project Director at Ero Copper, where he led the development of the Tucumã Copper Mine and 4Mtpa processing plant in the Carajás Mineral Province.

He has also held key positions with OZ Minerals and Anglo American, contributing to the development and optimisation of major copper-gold and iron ore operations, including the Minas-Rio Project. Most recently, he was Project Director for Equinox Gold’s Brazilian operations.

Mr Costa’s extensive project delivery experience and technical expertise support the advancement of the Jaguar Nickel Project toward production.

Mr Borges is a Certified Accountant with more than twenty five years’ experience, fifteen of which have been in the mining and manufacturing sectors. Mr Borges has had exposure to a number of mineral commodities including nickel, lime, gold and diamonds. Most recently, Mr Borges held the position of Finance Director and Board member with Lipari Diamonds, a privately owned Company operating the first kimberlite diamond mine in South America. Mr Borges was a key contributor to the business from exploration through construction, commissioning and operation of the mine.

Mr Montresor is a Brazilian geologist with over 15 years of experience in mineral exploration. He initiated his career working as field exploration geologist and mine geologist for Troy Resources in the Goiás Velho (Sertão) and Andorinha Gold Projects.

He also worked for Carpathian Gold in the exploration, resource definition and reserve evaluation phases of the Riacho dos Machados Gold Project before joining Centaurus Metals in August 2011 leading field exploration activities in several iron ore, gold, copper and nickel exploration projects.

Mr Montresor has been with Centaurus for ten years, and was actively involved with the exploration and drill-out of the Company’s Jambreiro Iron Ore Project before being appointed as Exploration Manager to oversee the exploration team and all on site activities at the Jaguar Nickel Project. He was a key participant in the recent definition of the MRE for the Jaguar Nickel Project.  Gaudius is bi-lingual in Portuguese and English and is presently based in Tucumã, in the State of Pará.

Ms Oliveira is an accomplished commercial lawyer with over 10 years’ experience in contractual, commercial and natural resources law, having worked with several global resource companies with operations in Brazil. Prior to her appointment as Legal & Commercial Manager, Ms Oliveira had been working with Centaurus as external counsel for several years and provided extensive legal advice and commercial support to the Company during the negotiations for acquisition of the Jaguar Project.

Mr Knoblauch has considerable experience in the management of metallurgical test work programs and process flow sheet development, including almost ten years with Sandfire Resources NL, where he held the roles of Senior Project/Process Engineer and subsequently Principal Metallurgist. He also has a sound understanding of both nickel sulphides and the Brazil operating environment, with previous roles as Project Superintendent at Mirabela Nickel’s Santa Rita Project in Brazil and Group Process Engineer at Sally Malay Mining’s nickel mining operations.

Mr Osborne is a highly respected mining professional with over 40 years’ experience in international mineral exploration and underground mining, with particular expertise in nickel and gold. While working for BP Minerals in Australia and Brazil in the 1980s, he was responsible for the discovery of the Rocky’s Reward nickel mine (WA) in 1985 and the C2C zinc-copper-silver deposit in Brazil, as well as occupying the position of Geology Manager at the Cabaçal I gold mine. In 1989, he joined WMC in Brazil as senior geologist, rising to the rank of Principal Geologist, where he headed the teams responsible for the discovery of the Boa Vista nickel deposit and Sertão gold mines in Brazil, and was involved in global nickel sulphide targeting in Africa, Canada, China and South America. From 2006 to 2009, Mr Osborne worked with the Mitchell River Group as Chief Geologist for affiliated companies Albidon Limited and Mirabela Nickel Limited. He is fluent in both Portuguese and English and has consulted for a wide range of companies across a broad spectrum of commodities.
