With field offices in Australia and Brazil staffed by our highly experienced people our local knowledge of the environments in which we operate is second to none. This experience creates direct value for our shareholders through enabling faster more targeted exploration and through our ability to quickly capitalise on opportunities in our areas of expertise as they present themselves.
Our key focus in 2008 is the execution of our Carbon Steel Strategy in and around the Iron Quadrangle in Brazil. This includes the proving up an economic JORC compliant resource at the Liberdade project and rapidly defining the exciting potential of our advanced exploration projects in particular, the Itambe iron project and Ponte de Pedra managanese project. It is our aim, subject to economic resource definition, to begin production at Liberdade in 2009.
